Gerhard Schubert presenteert op ProSweets 2019 in Keulen - 27 tot en met 30 januari – een lightline Flowpacker die is uitgerust met nieuwe hot sealtechnologie.
Het apparaat is onderdeel van het nieuwe lightline-machineprogramma waarmee Schubert drie voorgeconfigureerde machinetypes aanbiedt voor standaard verpakkingstaken. De voorgeconfigureerde verpakkingsmachine bestaat uit het foliezakaggregaat Flowmodul en een pickerlijn, en verpakt onverpakte of in trays gelegde producten in buisfoliezakken.
Nieuwe sealtechnologie
De lightline Flowpacker verpakt warmtegevoelige producten zoals chocolade e.d. Gerhard Schubert heeft hiervoor de Flowmodul uitgebreid met een nieuwe sealtechnologie. Een opvallend kenmerk van deze nieuwe gepatenteerde technologie is een geringe warmteontwikkeling en een constante sealtijd met variabele kettingsnelheid.
On ProSweets 2019 in Cologne – 27 to 30 January – Gerhard Schubert presents a lightline Flowpacker which is equipped with new hot seal technology.
The device is part of the new lightline machine program with which Schubert offers three preconfigured machine types for standard packaging tasks. The preconfigured packaging machine consists of the film bag aggregate Flowmodul and a pickerlijn, and packaged products in tubular film bags.
New seal technology
The lightline Flowpacker packed heat sensitive products like chocolate and such. For this, Gerhard Schubert has extended its Flowmodul with a new seal technology. A striking feature of this new patented technology is a low heat development and a constant seal time with variable chain speed.
